Torgovy Expert, LLC is a dynamically growing Russian IT company that specializes in the development, sale, implementation, and supply of high-technology hardware and software solutions to automate and improve the efficiency of passenger transportation.
Our main product is the Autoconductor software and hardware complex. This is a comprehensive domestic solution that is an automated system for real-time accounting and analysis of passenger traffic. Torgovy Expert is the exclusive distributor for Autoconductor in Russia. The software has been registered in the unified register of Russian programs for electronic computers and databases (Ministry of Digital Development).
The Autoconductor software package is being implemented by transport companies and regional transport authorities in order to achieve the following goals:

• improving the efficiency of route network planning based on objective data about actual transport loads;
• ensuring transparency and validity of the distribution of budget subsidies and monitoring their targeted use;
• automation of collection, processing, and analysis of data on passenger trips in all categories, including beneficiaries;
• formation of detailed analytical reports for making strategic and operational management decisions;
• optimization of operating costs of transport enterprises.

The complex provides:
Automated data collection: Registration of each trip with identification of passenger category (full fare, concession, type of concession),
Multifactor accounting: recording of route, time, direction of travel and type of vehicle,
Deep analytics of passenger flow: analysis of route, stops, vehicle loading, identification of peak hours, seasonal fluctuations, calculation of occupancy rates,
Formation of regulated reporting: reports for government bodies, internal reports for transportation companies,
Integration with external systems: data exchange with Unified Digital Card systems, ERP systems of carriers and ticket systems.
Own developments and intellectual property:

1. Software complex "Anti-Hare": Patented development, designed to unify information provided by different Automated Fare Collection Systems (AFCS). The main task of the complex is to convert output data into a single format, regardless of input data format. The complex has a modular structure.
2. Hardware and software complex "Videograd" is a patented development - a hardware and software video surveillance and video analysis complex that ensures safety inside vehicles, records incidents, and monitors traffic flow through image recognition. The software was designed to ensure transportation security in accordance with RF Government Resolution No. 969 of September 26, 2016 "On Approval of Requirements for Functional Properties of Technical Means of Ensuring Transport Security and Rules for Mandatory Certification of Technical Means for Ensuring Transportation Security."

The video surveillance system performs the following main tasks: integrating with on-board vehicle equipment; integrating with ADAS systems, monitoring the driver and their workplace, controlling all passenger entry and exit doors, including spare doors (if any) and the engine compartment in the event of smoke, preparing evidence in case of accidents, recording video in high definition quality, and storing an archive of videos for at least 30 days.

Technological stack and IT expertise:
The development, implementation, and operation of Autoconductor software and related products requires deep expertise in various IT fields. This includes:

• Software trade (OKVED 46.51.2): Wholesale trade of proprietary software (Avtokonduktor, Antizayats, Videograd) is the main channel of distribution and accounts for more than 30% of total revenue.
• Related IT services: A significant portion of revenue comes from services for implementation, integration and technical support of our own software, as well as development, which relate to IT activities.
